A Duplex with 2 bedrooms downstairs and 1 1/2 up the house was built in 1898 and is filled with character. we plan to rip up the carpets and finish off the wood floors. the rental unit upsatirs is lovely and will be no trouble to rent out. we can make a lot of improvements but it is in great shape and we wouldn't need to do a thing. COME VISIT! we close on may 28th. matt and erin's house is less than a mile away. we are 2 blocks from the library and 3 from a park. less than a mile to the lake. it really is the perfect location for us.
